Officials from Town Madison shared the exciting news: The Chop House, a popular American steakhouse, is joining the community. Known for its relaxed vibe and high-quality meals, The Chop House has become a regional favorite since its founding in 1992.

Mike Connor, who started the restaurant with help from family and friends, built it into one of the Southeast’s top casual dining brands. Today, the restaurant operates ten locations across three states. Each one reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and comfort.
A Taste of What’s to Come
Guests can look forward to a broad menu featuring appetizers, soups, salads, steaks, seafood, pork, and more. “We’re dedicated to offering a superior dining experience in a clean, comfortable setting,” said Mike Connor, President and CEO. Although the opening date has not been announced, anticipation is already building.
