Two Huntsville restaurants, Salt Smokehouse and Purveyor, have earned recommended status in the 2026 Michelin Guide American South selection for the second consecutive year.
Salt Smokehouse and Purveyor earn repeat recognition
The restaurants were recognized during the Michelin Guide’s American South ceremony in Nashville on Wednesday. They are among 265 restaurants included on the regional guide’s recommended list.
Salt Smokehouse and Purveyor are also two of 12 Alabama restaurants recognized this year, bringing further attention to Huntsville’s growing food scene.
Where to find the two Huntsville restaurants
Salt Smokehouse is located at 1300 Meridian St. N., Suite D-104, in Huntsville. It serves customers Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, with hours from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4:30 to 9 p.m. More details are available through the Michelin Guide listing.
