Dolce Amore is preparing to open a new Italian-inspired restaurant in Huntsville, creating a space centered on food, hospitality and time around the table.

Located at 20 Town Center Dr NW, Dolce Amore draws inspiration from the Italian tradition of gathering over a meal. The restaurant aims to create a welcoming setting for everything from special celebrations to casual family dinners.
The restaurant’s approach combines an elegant atmosphere with a more approachable feel, giving diners a place to connect over Italian-inspired dishes.
Four partners behind Dolce Amore
Dolce Amore was founded by four partners: Kenneth Bethune, Carter McNeil, Andrés Jimenez and Alonso Garcia. Their shared appreciation for Italian cuisine and hospitality helped shape the restaurant’s concept and atmosphere.
Together, they envisioned a restaurant where the food and overall experience could feel both refined and inviting.
Chef Randall Baldwin leads the kitchen
Chef Randall Baldwin heads the kitchen, bringing a focus on Italian culinary traditions, quality ingredients and balanced flavors. His menu is designed to pair refined techniques with comforting dishes.
Dolce Amore will hold its grand opening on September 24 from 5 to 9 p.m. Regular hours will be Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
