MicroFlex is expanding its presence in Huntsville with a new warehouse and office leasing development, according to online reports.
New Flex Industrial Space Coming to South Parkway
MicroFlex is preparing to open a second Huntsville location along South Parkway at 4049 Chris Drive Southwest. The development will offer small-bay flex industrial units designed for business use.
In addition, the project is labeled as “coming soon,” with leasing details expected to be released ahead of opening.
Designed for Small Businesses and Operators
The MicroFlex model focuses on climate-controlled units that combine workspace, storage, and operational functions. Each unit typically includes drive-up access, roll-up doors, and private restrooms.
As a result, the spaces are intended to serve contractors, e-commerce operators, light manufacturing businesses, and creative professionals who need flexible working environments.
