Huntsville companies named ‘Best Places to Work’ for 2026

Businesses across Huntsville and Madison County have once again been recognized for strong workplace culture, according to online reports.

North Alabama Companies Earn “Best Places to Work” Honors

Nearly 200 businesses received nominations for the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce “Best Places to Work” program. Of those, 97 qualified for evaluation based on employee feedback and workplace surveys.

Employees completed more than 6,700 surveys this year. In addition, organizers reviewed results covering team effectiveness, retention, job satisfaction, benefits, and overall workplace experience. Winners were announced during a luncheon held at the VBC Saturn Ballroom.

Winners Across Four Size Categories

Awards were divided into five size-based categories. In the Micro Category (10–24 employees), Gold went to Ampersand Solutions Group, Silver to New Hope Children’s Clinic, and Bronze to Iron Will Ventures.

In the Small Category (25–50 employees), Cahaba Federal Solutions earned Gold, Offset Strategic Services LLC received Silver, and Systems Technology & Research, Inc. took Bronze.

For the Medium Category (51–100 employees), QTEC Aerospace won Gold, Mission Driven Research, Inc. earned Silver, and Crossflow Technologies, Inc. received Bronze.

In the Large Category (101–250 employees), KODA Technologies Inc. took Gold for the seventh consecutive year. Monte Sano Research Corporation earned Silver, while TriVector Services, Inc. received Bronze.

Finally, in the X-Large Category (251+ employees), Aviation & Missile Solutions, LLC earned Gold, PeopleTec, Inc. received Silver, and Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) took Bronze.

Culture, Recognition, and Long-Term Standards

Chamber leaders said employee surveys played a major role in evaluating each company’s workplace environment. These surveys measured satisfaction, communication, and overall employee experience.

KODA Technologies Inc. continues to stand out with repeated top rankings. The company is now approaching “Hall of Fame” status, which requires 10 consecutive Gold awards followed by a three-year ineligibility period.

Leaders at participating companies said the feedback process helps them identify issues early and improve communication. As a result, many organizations use the results to guide internal changes and strengthen workplace culture over time.
