Orion Amphitheater is ramping up excitement for its 2026 season with the addition of multi-platinum singer-songwriter Sam Barber, aiming to strengthen its concert offerings and drive ticket sales.
Sam Barber Headlines May Concert
Barber, 22, from Frohna, Missouri, gained early attention by posting covers of artists like Lynyrd Skynyrd and The Lumineers on TikTok in 2021. He also auditioned for American Idol in 2022, though his appearance never aired. Barber’s “American Route” tour will stop at Orion Amphitheater on Saturday, May 16, with supporting acts Michael Marcagi and Bebe Stockwell. Tickets go on sale October 31 at 10 a.m. through the Orion’s website.
Expanding the 2026 Concert Season
Barber joins a growing roster of 2026 shows at Orion, which includes:
* Seasonal Sips Cocktail Classes – Jan. 8, Feb. 12, Mar. 12
* Cake – Apr. 24
* Ethel Cain: The Willoughby Tucker Forever Tour – May 2
* HARDY: THE COUNTRY! COUNTRY! TOUR! – May 22
The addition of Barber adds a high-profile country-rock act to an already diverse season, appealing to both local fans and regional concertgoers.
Driving Ticket Sales and Audience Growth
Orion Amphitheater’s strategic bookings aim to boost ticket sales and maintain its position as a premier live music venue in the region. By attracting emerging stars alongside established acts, the venue hopes to expand its audience base while keeping the 2026 lineup fresh and dynamic.
With sales opening soon for Barber’s performance, concertgoers are encouraged to secure tickets early to be part of the growing season lineup at Orion Amphitheater.
