Precision Garage is wonderful.I Called them at 11:45 on a Sunday morning when the spring on my wife’s garage door broke. They said they would try and find a technician to come out if we were willing to pay a 200 emergency call fee which absolutely were.A young named man named John called me about fifteen minutes later to tell me he was in route with a 30 minute eta.He arrived introduced himself and was well mannered and polite. After a survey of the problem, John explained his company’s good, better, best, solutions to my problem.I made my choice and then John got to work. He was after it for about 30 minutes before he called me out to review his work.I had a wonderful experience with a quality company and a well trained technician.Thank you John.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience! My garage door spring broke unexpectedly one evening. I called Precision Doors the first thing the next morning. The receptionist was super friendly and scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out that afternoon.The technician - Justin Collier - texted to confirm the appointment and called me when he was 25 minutes out. He inspected the problem and devised a solution within a few minutes. Once I authorized work, he got started and finished in just over an hour. I ended up opting for replacing the springs on both our doors. And now they sound like new doors. Quiet and smooth.I appreciate the service that Precision Doors provided: prompt, friendly, thorough, and competent! I would definitely recommend!

I'm excited about my new garage door and opener unit. It was installed this morning, November 7, 2023. The technicians arrived on time and finished within 2 hours of arrival. They left my garage clean and explained operation and maintenance procedures.The office staff was great in coordinating the initial appointment and with scheduling installation. Kudos for a job well done!
