Zoldburger HSV opens in with farm-to-table burgers

A new Huntsville burger pop-up has quietly started serving customers, giving locals an early taste before its official grand opening.

Zoldburger makes its debut

According to a social media announcement, Zoldburger HSV is officially open after an unplanned soft opening received some extra attention.

The mobile pop-up kitchen serves gourmet burgers made with locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients. The concept focuses on limited quantities and fresh products.

The team recently appeared at Tractor Supply, where a local resident spotted the pop-up and shared the encounter online.

A local approach to burgers

Zoldburger wants to bring something different to Huntsville’s burger scene. The business works with local suppliers and highlights regional ingredients as part of its farm-to-table approach.

Because the kitchen produces limited quantities, customers may want to arrive early when the pop-up announces its locations.

The team has also worked with several local businesses and creatives while building the brand. Partners have included Romanoff Farms, Rebecca James, MasterTent, Allied Printing and Wrapping, and My Kitchen HSV.

Grand opening coming next weekend

Although Zoldburger has already started serving customers, the business says its official grand opening will take place next weekend.

More details about the grand opening location and service schedule are expected soon.

For Huntsville burger fans, the early opening offers a first look at a new mobile food concept before Zoldburger officially celebrates its launch.
