Onelife Fitness acquires two Phaze 3 clubs in Huntsville and Madison

Huntsville and Madison are getting new fitness options as Onelife Fitness expands its presence in Alabama with two newly acquired clubs.

Onelife Fitness acquires Huntsville and Madison clubs

Onelife Fitness announced the acquisition of two Phaze 3 Fitness locations on Sept. 2. The clubs are located at 1319 Four Mile Post Road in Huntsville and 145 Plaza Boulevard in Madison.

According to online reports, both locations will transition to the Onelife Fitness brand following a brief period to work with members and local fitness teams.

The acquisitions bring Onelife Fitness’s Alabama footprint to five locations. The company already has a club operating in McCalla, with additional locations planned in the Birmingham area.

Huntsville club spans about 61,000 square feet

The Onelife Fitness Huntsville/Jones Valley location will offer about 61,000 square feet of fitness and wellness space.

Members will have access to large strength and cardio areas, a functional turf training zone and an indoor saltwater pool. The club will also feature group fitness and cycling studios, plus a Hot Yoga studio.

For recovery, the facility will include HydroMassage and a CryoLounge. Other amenities include a kids club, spa-style locker rooms and a sauna.

The Madison location covers about 52,000 square feet. It will offer many of the same amenities, including an indoor saltwater pool, functional turf area, group fitness and cycle studios, HydroMassage, a kids club and sauna.

A growing fitness footprint across Alabama

Onelife Fitness said Alabama has become an important market for its expansion plans. The company also has several projects underway around Birmingham.

Onelife Fitness McCalla is currently open. Meanwhile, the Lee Branch location is expected to open soon, and the company plans to break ground on its Hoover club in October.

The Huntsville and Madison acquisitions add two more locations to that growth. For local residents, the expansion brings a larger national fitness brand and a broad range of workout, wellness and recovery amenities to the area.
