At Light On Yoga Fitness, we know that finding the right studio and teacher is essential to your yoga journey. Co-owners Hannah Sledd and Connor Humphrey founded the studio in 2020, bringing a fresh and unique approach to Huntsville.

While yoga is a deeply personal practice, Light On Yoga Fitness thrives as a community where there is something for everyone.
