The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber will host its ReLaunch Job Fair on Tuesday, April 7, connecting local job seekers with area employers.
Free Job Fair Set for April 7
The Chamber is partnering with the Alabama Career Center, the Alabama Community College System, and several nonprofits and community agencies to present the event.
The job fair runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Huntsville. Attendees should enter through Entrance No. 7 on St. Clair Avenue, across from the Huntsville/Madison County Public Library.
Supporting Career Transitions
Organizers designed the ReLaunch Job Fair for individuals changing careers, unemployed or underemployed workers, those who have not completed high school, and people seeking a second chance in the workforce.
The Chamber aims to help local businesses find qualified employees while also strengthening financial stability and quality of life across the community.
Onsite Resources Available
In addition to meeting employers, attendees can access free onsite support. Resources include English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English interpretation services, résumé assistance, and a copy and print station.
Job seekers can attend at no cost. Employers may register for a fee, with discounted rates available for Chamber members and nonprofit organizations. Organizers encourage job seekers to register in advance or sign up at the door on the day of the event.
