Gulf Catch bringing crawfish, crab & shrimp to Downtown Huntsville

Gulf Catch is preparing to open a new seafood restaurant in downtown Huntsville, bringing a menu inspired by the flavors of New Orleans.

Gulf Catch Coming to Downtown Huntsville

New signage recently appeared at 103 Washington Street NE, the former home of Humphrey’s Bar & Grill, signaling that Gulf Catch is getting ready to welcome customers.

While an official opening date has not been announced, the restaurant is listed as coming soon and has already generated interest among seafood lovers in the area.

The downtown location places the restaurant within walking distance of many of Huntsville’s entertainment, shopping, and nightlife destinations.

New Orleans-Inspired Seafood Menu

According to the restaurant’s announcements, Gulf Catch plans to specialize in seafood prepared the “New Orleans Way.

The menu is expected to feature popular Gulf Coast favorites such as crawfish, shrimp, crab, and other seafood dishes inspired by Louisiana cuisine.

Although additional menu details have not been released, the restaurant’s concept suggests a focus on bold Cajun and Creole flavors that are popular throughout the Gulf Coast region.

Another Dining Option for Downtown

Gulf Catch joins a growing list of new restaurants choosing downtown Huntsville for expansion.

Its arrival will add another seafood option to the city’s dining scene while bringing a fresh concept to the former Humphrey’s location.

Restaurant officials have not yet announced an opening date, but customers can expect more updates as Gulf Catch moves closer to opening its doors.
