A free downtown music tradition

The City of Huntsville and Downtown Huntsville, Inc. are bringing the series back as part of the city’s broader September music celebrations.

The event highlights a mix of established recording artists and performers from the regional and local music scenes. In addition, the series helps bring live music into one of downtown Huntsville’s most recognizable public spaces.

The concerts are free to attend, making the series an easy option for a Sunday evening downtown.

Bring a chair and stay awhile

Guests can bring lawn chairs and blankets for the outdoor concerts. Food trucks will also be available, giving visitors a chance to grab dinner while listening to the performances.

The series will also coincide with Huntsville Music Month, which brings additional concerts and music-focused events to the city throughout September.

With four consecutive Sundays on the calendar, Jazz in the Park gives Huntsville residents plenty of opportunities to spend an evening downtown with live music, local food, and the community.
