The Camp

Popular Huntsville venue preparing for new home

One of Huntsville’s most popular outdoor entertainment destinations is preparing for a major move. The Camp at MidCity will soon relocate to a new space within the MidCity District, bringing its unique mix of food, drinks, live music, and community events to a new home.

The Camp Preparing for New MidCity Location

The Camp announced that its current location will close after July 4 as operations shift to a new site near the Artemis Pavilion at 800 Mid City Drive.

While an official grand opening date has not yet been announced, construction and development work are continuing at the new location. Updates shared on social media have given visitors a look at the progress as the popular venue prepares for its next chapter.

The move keeps The Camp within the MidCity District while placing it closer to other attractions and gathering spaces in the rapidly growing entertainment area.

A Popular Gathering Place for Huntsville Residents

Since opening, The Camp has become known as a community-focused destination that combines outdoor recreation, food, beverages, and live entertainment in a relaxed atmosphere.

Visitors can typically enjoy rotating food specials, craft beer, cocktails, wine selections, and a spacious outdoor setting designed for gathering with friends and family. The venue has also built a reputation for hosting live music performances, local events, and family-friendly activities throughout the year.

Its laid-back environment has helped make it a favorite destination for residents looking for a casual place to relax, socialize, and enjoy local entertainment.

Coffee, Music, Events, and Community

Another popular feature of The Camp is its on-site coffee offerings through Greenroom Coffee, which has served guests looking for everything from morning beverages to afternoon pick-me-ups.

According to reports, the venue plans to continue offering many of the experiences guests have come to expect, including live music, special events, outdoor gathering spaces, and a welcoming environment for families, pets, and visitors of all ages.
