Host by Homegrown is bringing more opportunities for community events and celebrations to downtown Huntsville with a renovated two-story venue at 101 Washington Street, the former home of The Bottle.
Created by Homegrown owners Ashley and Katiya, the space builds on the company’s experience organizing festivals, workshops and community experiences. Host is designed to bring people together for everything from creative classes and live performances to private celebrations.
A two-story venue designed for gatherings
The space features two rooms that combine historic character with a modern atmosphere. Its flexible setup can accommodate a variety of events, including chef dinners, live music performances, workshops and personal celebrations.
Businesses and community members can also book the venue for their own occasions, from corporate events to milestone celebrations.
Workshops, performances and recurring events
Host by Homegrown maintains a growing calendar of activities, with upcoming November events including the Artemis Songwriter Series, Makeup 101 Holiday Glam and the Southern Wagyu Chef Series.
Recurring programming also gives visitors reasons to return throughout the month. Bubble & Bouquets, presented with Noella’s Flowers, takes place on the second Sunday of each month, while Wanna Mahj hosts mahjong sessions on the second and fourth Tuesdays.
A new option for Huntsville celebrations
Host by Homegrown adds another option for residents looking to attend local experiences or plan their own events in downtown Huntsville.
Located at 101 Washington Street, the venue welcomes community members interested in its scheduled programming or in reserving the space for gatherings of their own.
