About the Team
Founder Tim McEnery started Cooper’s Hawk in 2005 with a vision to bring people together through high-quality dining experiences.
Executive Chef Matt McMillin oversees the kitchen and has created a menu of over 100 dishes. He has decades of culinary experience and is passionate about using fresh ingredients to craft meals that are both delicious and memorable.
Chef McMillin has worked in top restaurants, co-authored a cookbook, and enjoys teaching others about cooking. His dishes combine traditional American flavors with global inspiration.
