Huntsville now has its very own indoor Ninja Warrior training facility with the grand opening of Rocket City Ninja Obstacle Academy at 2316 Memorial Parkway NW, Suite A.
The Academy offers obstacle-based workouts and classes for kids, adults, and families, as well as birthday parties and private events.
Students of all ages can train on classic Ninja Warrior obstacles like warped walls, trapeze bars, cargo nets, and monkey bars, building strength, confidence, and agility under the guidance of highly experienced coaches.
Expert Coaching Team Guides Students
The Academy’s instructors include Anthony Maturano, known as “The Nomadic Ninja,” who oversees athletic training and course design with a focus on injury prevention and skill development.
David Franklin, “The Sky Drop Ninja,” serves as head coach, helping students of all levels develop confidence and mastery of each obstacle, while Sarah-Grace Franklin, “The Valkyrie Ninja,” leads as Development Manager and mentor, drawing from her experience as a champion adult Ninja competitor.
Together, they create a supportive environment where every student is encouraged to push their limits safely and enjoyably.
Classes, Parties, and Ninja Ranking System
Rocket City Ninja Obstacle Academy offers a full schedule of classes for Lil’ Ninjas ages three to six, kids ages seven to thirteen, and adult participants, along with freestyling sessions for extra practice.
Birthday parties and private events provide exclusive access to the facility, allowing guests to experience an authentic Ninja Warrior course complete with dedicated party coaches.
Students are also evaluated through a ranking system, progressing from Recruit to Grand Master, giving participants measurable goals and a sense of accomplishment as they advance in their skills.
Families and individuals interested in training, events, or parties can contact the Academy at 256-964-8104 or via email at [email protected].
