Jefferson’s Wings will open a new location on Main Street in downtown Hartselle.
Third Location in the Huntsville Area
The new restaurant will take over the former Moe’s Original BBQ space at 200 Main Street West. This will be Jefferson’s third location in the Huntsville area, joining its existing restaurants in Hampton Cove and New Market.
Co-franchisees Jake Lund and Robby Coggin own and operate all three locations. They bring years of experience running Jefferson’s restaurants in both Georgia and Alabama.
Family-Friendly Dining and Entertainment
Jefferson’s of Hartselle will feature a wall of TVs showing the big games daily. Unique to this location, a 15-game arcade area will entertain kids, and a large lofted section will accommodate big family gatherings or celebrations.
Lund said, “We’re incredibly grateful for the warm welcome from the community. Growing here allows us to build lasting relationships with our neighbors, and we’re proud to serve this community.”
Fresh Wings and Classic Favorites
The restaurant is known for fresh—never-frozen—wings, hand-breaded tenders, burgers, and signature sauces. Jefferson’s will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
