The Alabama Banking School has announced the appointment of Jessica Diaz as its new Assistant School Director. In this role, she will support the Chairman and School Director in overseeing school operations and ensuring the continued success of the program.
A Leader in Banking Education
Diaz is a graduate of the Alabama Banking School, where she served as President of the Class of 2015 and later as Class Director for the Class of 2023. Her ongoing contributions to the school reflect a strong commitment to advancing professional development within the banking industry.
With more than 25 years of experience in financial institutions across the United States, Diaz brings deep expertise in leadership and learning. She currently serves as Vice President and Director of Learning & Development at a regional bank.
