Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapists® is a physical therapist-owned private practice serving the Huntsville and Madison communities since 2003. Each patient is paired with a dedicated therapist and receives one-on-one care throughout their treatment, ensuring continuity and superior outcomes. The practice focuses on helping patients achieve a complete return to function through personalized rehabilitation programs.
A Local Legacy Since 2003
Founded by Scott Johnson and Todd Hayes, childhood friends with a shared sports background, the practice started in Huntsville and quickly expanded. Their personal experiences with sports injuries inspired a passion for physical therapy. Both founders hold Master’s degrees in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama-Birmingham.
Expanding Access to the Community
In 2005, Johnson & Hayes opened a second location in Madison, AL, managed by Brent Congo, PT, OCS, to improve accessibility for the growing community. With seven locations now, the practice continues to provide friendly, high-quality care tailored to each patient’s needs.
