Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is expanding in North Alabama with a new location set to open this spring at Clift Farm. The restaurant will mark the company’s third location in Alabama.
The new Grimaldi’s will span 4,000 square feet and seat up to 178 guests. In addition, the space will include a private dining room designed to host events for up to 40 people.
Brooklyn-Style Pizza Comes to Clift Farm
Known for its coal-fired, Brooklyn-style pizza, Grimaldi’s plans to bring its signature menu and family-friendly atmosphere to the Madison area. The Clift Farm location allows the brand to connect with a growing community and local pizza fans.
“The opening of Grimaldi’s third Alabama location marks an exciting milestone in our long-term growth,” said Michael Flaum, chief operating officer of Grimaldi’s Pizzeria. “Clift Farm gives us the opportunity to share the Grimaldi’s experience with the Madison community.”
What to Know Before Opening Day
The restaurant will open at 419 John Henry Way. While an exact opening date has not been announced, Grimaldi’s expects to welcome guests later this spring.
As development continues at Clift Farm, the new pizzeria adds another dining option to the fast-growing Huntsville-area destination.
