Breathe Love Birth is hosting a free, community-based Informed Birth Series at The Orion Amphitheater. The program helps expectant parents gain confidence and knowledge throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Series Schedule and Registration
The series takes place on:
January 24 from 2–4:30 PM
February 7 from 2–4:30 PM
March 7 from 2–4:30 PM
Free parking is available at The Orion, courtesy of Woody Anderson Ford. Registration is required to participate.
What Participants Will Learn
Each session focuses on evidence-based education and practical tools:
January 24 – Preparing for Birth: Learn about birth physiology, options, and creating a flexible birth plan.
February 7 – Comfort & Coping: Explore physical, emotional, and partner-supported coping strategies, plus pain management techniques.
March 7 – Postpartum Preparation: Understand recovery, emotional changes, infant feeding basics, and building support systems at home.
About Breathe Love Birth
The series is led by Kaelie Wolf, a certified birth doula, prenatal yoga instructor, and student midwife. Kaelie emphasizes informed consent, physiologic birth, and nervous system support, helping families navigate pregnancy, labor, and postpartum with clarity, confidence, and trust in themselves.
