Huntsville has welcomed a new affordable housing community designed to serve local seniors. Grove at Indian Creek officially opened this week, adding 48 new housing units for qualifying residents ages 55 and older.
New Affordable Senior Housing Opens in Huntsville
City leaders joined Neighborhood Concepts and community partners to celebrate the ribbon-cutting for Grove at Indian Creek, a newly completed affordable housing development in northwest Huntsville.
The project supports Huntsville’s ongoing efforts to expand quality housing options for seniors, particularly those living on fixed incomes. Located at 7199 New Life Circle NW, the community provides convenient access to shopping, dining, and other everyday services.
Who Can Live at Grove at Indian Creek?
Grove at Indian Creek is reserved for residents who are at least 55 years old and meet income eligibility requirements. Prospective renters must earn 60% or less of the area’s median income to qualify.
The leasing office is open Monday through Friday during regular business hours for residents interested in learning more about availability and the application process.
