Hotel Indigo Huntsville MidCity is expected to begin operations in the coming weeks. The 112-room hotel marks a key addition to the MidCity development.
Developers recently secured a $20.5 million bridge loan. As a result, the project has moved from construction into its final launch phase.
New Hotel Brings Modern Amenities
The five-story hotel features design elements inspired by Huntsville. Guests will have access to an on-site restaurant, The Indie, along with meeting spaces and a fitness center.
The property is also pet-friendly, which gives travelers more flexibility.
In addition, the hotel has received its certificate of occupancy. Therefore, it is ready to welcome guests soon.
Development Backed by Key Partners
ViaNova Development led the project, while Buffalo Construction handled construction. The development took about two years from permit approval to completion.
Forman Capital provided financing to support the project’s next phase. As a result, the hotel is now positioned to open and contribute to Huntsville’s growing tourism and business scene.
