Huntsville’s beloved Baby Bite Bake Shop announced it will close its doors at the end of the year, bringing seven years of bite-sized sweet treats to a close.

In a statement shared on Facebook, the bakery expressed gratitude to the community:
“It’s been such an honor to serve this community for the last seven years. We cannot thank you enough for trusting us with every wedding, event or occasion that you’ve celebrated. After many hard conversations we have decided to close our doors after the end of the year.
A Local Favorite
Located at 975 Airport Rd SW, Unit L, Baby Bite Bake Shop has delighted Rocket City residents since 2018 with its signature Baby Bites, baked from scratch daily with fresh ingredients. The bakery became known not only for its desserts but also for the warm relationships its staff built with customers, making it a favorite stop for both treats and friendly conversation.
Bakery Origins and Community Impact
Co-owner Emily Sharman started her career at Birmingham’s Pastry Art Bake Shoppe, learning both baking skills and business insights from the shop’s founders. With their guidance, Emily brought the Baby Bite concept to Huntsville, quickly gaining a loyal following. The bakery has been a staple for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and everyday indulgences, leaving a lasting mark on Huntsville’s culinary scene.
