Athens Business Park soon to open doors for small businesses

A new business park designed to serve small businesses and entrepreneurs is set to open in early 2026. Athens Business Park, a flex development located at 1651 Jefferson Street SE, will provide office and workspace solutions tailored for tradespeople, service providers, and startups.

Flexible Spaces for Local Entrepreneurs

Developed by Vogtle Howell Companies of Birmingham and leased through CBRE, the park will feature individual suites starting at 1,000 square feet. Each unit will include a private office, ADA-accessible restroom, 14–16-foot ceilings, storefront glass entry, HVAC, and an oversized roll-up door for convenient vehicle access.

Clear Pricing and Move-In Ready Options

Designed with small businesses in mind, Athens Business Park will offer flexible lease terms and transparent monthly pricing, making it easier for tenants to plan ahead and move in quickly. The project is modeled after successful mixed-use business parks like Huntsville’s Cummings Research Park but scaled to meet the needs of Athens’ growing business community.

Local Impact and Timeline

Developer Stringer Vogtle said the park aims to provide a “much-needed solution for local entrepreneurs and service providers seeking flexible, high-quality workspaces.” The facility is expected to open in the first quarter of 2026, positioning itself as a key resource for businesses in Limestone County and the surrounding region.
