L’Etoile Patisserie is preparing to move into a larger space next door to its current location at 1224 Meridian St. N in Huntsville, giving the French-inspired bakery and cafe room to expand its kitchen and seating.
The bakery announced the relocation on social media after five years at its current location. The move comes through an opportunity with Holtz Leather, whose building next door is currently undergoing renovations.
New location to feature expanded kitchen and seating
The new space will include a larger kitchen, additional indoor seating and a dedicated outdoor area. The expansion is expected to give the bakery more room to serve customers while maintaining its existing offerings.
L’Etoile has not announced an opening date for the new location, describing the move as a work in progress while renovations continue.
Bakery to remain open during construction
Customers can continue visiting L’Etoile at its current location throughout the construction period. The business said it will share updates as the new space takes shape.
The bakery also offers advance orders for pastries, allowing customers to schedule pickup for gatherings and special occasions.
