A collaborative pottery studio rooted in North Alabama
Founded in 2023 by a father-and-son team, Psyche’s Clay combines digital design with traditional slip-casting techniques to create custom ceramic pieces. The studio focuses on functional and decorative pottery made in North Alabama.
Its artists bring a range of creative interests to the collection, from sculptural forms and contemporary designs to artwork inspired by animals, nature and the human experience.
Local artists bring different perspectives
The Psyche’s Clay team includes artists and creatives with backgrounds in fine arts, ceramics, digital fabrication and other disciplines. Their individual approaches contribute to a varied collection of handmade work.
The new gallery offers another place for residents to discover regional art and connect with the local creative community as Psyche’s Clay continues to grow.
