A new Indian-Mexican fusion restaurant has opened on Jeff Road, giving Huntsville diners a customizable menu of bowls, burritos, tacos, quesadillas and more.

Tikka Taco & Bowl is now open at 1047 Jeff Road NW, Suite 9, with a menu that combines Indian flavors with Mexican-style favorites.
Guests can start with a bowl, burrito, tacos or quesadilla before choosing their base, protein and toppings. Base options include basmati rice, brown rice, or grilled onions and bell peppers.
Protein choices range from chana masala and black bean masala to butter chicken, chicken tikka, paneer, steak and lamb keema.
Tacos, quesadillas and loaded favorites
The restaurant’s three-taco plate comes with a choice of protein along with onion, cheese, cilantro and lime. Tacos are served with cucumber salad, tomato salsa and hot sauce.
Quesadillas combine rice, beans, protein, cheese and onion inside a grilled tortilla with a choice of sauce. Diners can also customize their meals with toppings such as guacamole, queso, masala yogurt, kachumber salad, pickled jalapeños and roasted corn.
For something to share, the menu includes loaded fries and loaded nachos, with vegetarian, chicken, paneer, lamb and steak options.
Desserts and Indian drinks round out the menu
Tikka Taco & Bowl also serves traditional Indian sides and sweets, including samosas, samosa chaat, aloo tikki, gulab jamun and rasmalai.
Drink options include mango lassi, mango shake, salted lassi and Indian chai tea, along with fountain drinks and juices.
The restaurant is currently open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. at its Jeff Road location.
