’90s country all-stars head to Huntsville

A major country music celebration is headed to the Rocket City early next year. According to online reports, An All-Star Salute to ’90s Country will take place on February 5 at the Von Braun Center’s Propst Arena in Huntsville, promising a three-hour showcase of chart-topping hits performed by the original artists who made them famous.

A Star-Studded Lineup

The event’s initial lineup features some of the biggest names from the decade that defined modern country music, including Rhett Akins, Tracy Byrd, Deana Carter, Mark Chesnutt, Tracy Lawrence, Neal McCoy, Lorrie Morgan, Tanya Tucker, and many more. The show will also feature The Frontmen — a powerhouse trio with Tim Rushlow (Little Texas), Larry Stewart (Restless Heart), and Richie McDonald (Lonestar).

Organizers have announced that additional artists will be revealed as the concert date approaches, with over 40 performances planned. Collectively, the participating artists have earned more than 60 No. 1 hits and sold over 50 million albums worldwide.

Ticket Details and Broadcast Plans

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday through ticketmaster.com and the VBC Box Office at 700 Monroe Street. Prices begin at $79, plus applicable fees.

The Huntsville concert will also be filmed for a future television special, produced by the same team behind recent tribute events honoring George Jones, Dean Dillon, and Lee Greenwood — all of which were also hosted at the Von Braun Center.

With its nostalgic lineup and star-powered roster, An All-Star Salute to ’90s Country is set to be one of Huntsville’s biggest live music events of 2025.
