Shipley Do-Nuts is opening its second Alabama location in Huntsville on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 1010 N Memorial Parkway.

Menu and Offerings
The Huntsville location will serve more than 60 donut varieties, including classic glazed, chocolate-filled, cream-filled, and seasonal selections. Breakfast pastries such as kolaches—filled with bacon, sausage, cheese, or eggs—will also be available, along with coffee, cold brew, and other beverages.
Grand Opening Event
The grand opening on November 8 will mark Shipley’s debut in Huntsville. Residents can expect fresh donuts served hot, specialty boxes for sharing, and a selection of breakfast items. The opening adds another option for sweet treats and breakfast pastries in the city.
