The City has approved the final two phases of its road resurfacing and improvement projects as part of the 2025 fiscal year budget.
Contractors Selected for Key Infrastructure Work
Rogers Group secured the contracts for both Phases 2 and 3, which will focus on resurfacing residential streets. Additionally, Whitworth Concrete Works will handle Phase 2 concrete and ADA compliance upgrades, while Lambert Contracting takes on similar responsibilities in Phase 3.
Major Investment in Residential Roads
In total, approximately 100 residential streets will be improved across these two phases. The City has allocated more than $20 million in the 2025 budget for road resurfacing projects, marking a major investment in neighborhood infrastructure.
