Madison Witches Stroll 🧙🏾♀️🍬🎉
The Madison Witches Stroll is set to enchant the community with its signature Halloween festivities. This beloved event features witches of all kinds as they parade through the streets, tossing candy to delighted children along the route and spreading Halloween cheer.
Following the stroll, participants can look forward to a vibrant block party, complete with a Pet Parade Costume Contest and a Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Food trucks will be on-site, offering various delicious options, while live music and numerous kids’ activities ensure something for everyone to enjoy.
Admission for spectators is free, making it a perfect outing for families and friends to celebrate the spooky season together.

Kids Read to a Therapy Dog 📖 🐶
Many children find comfort in reading to a dog, and the Madison Public Library offers a beautiful opportunity to do just that! Kids can sign up for a fifteen-minute session with a trained therapy dog from Therapy Partners, Inc. This unique program allows children to read aloud in a relaxed environment, fostering confidence and a love for reading.
Participants are encouraged to bring their books or arrive early to select one from the library’s collection. Please note that an adult must remain in the room during the reading session to ensure a supportive atmosphere. This heartwarming experience benefits the children and helps the therapy dogs engage with the community.
