Went today to get my son a haircut. I booked an appointment for 12:45. Received a text at 11:40 that my appointment was rescheduled for 12:40. No big deal. Got there at 12:30 and waited for a long time. We didn’t leave until almost 2. That’s crazy to me. Why even schedule an appointment, then move my appointment back to have us wait an hour?? I understand this is NOT the stylist’s fault, and she did a decent job on my sons hair even though it wasn’t exactly what he was wanting (but we didn’t have a reference photo so I’m sure she did exactly what she thought we wanted; I should have been more clear in my communication and it still looks good so no harm done). I also think they could be more friendly there. The only one who greeted us was the older lady at the desk. Our stylist didn’t even greet us, she just walked over and stared until I started talking. Probably won’t come here again.

I’ve been going to Roosters for a very long time (at least ten years). They always do a good job, and it’s a great experience. The stylists are always professional and do their best to match your vision. It’s affordable ($40, including the tip), and you can book online in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend Roosters for any men looking for a haircut.

You get inundated with appointment confirmation both email and test. But they’re under no obligation to honor that time. Going on 25 minutes past my reservation I had to leave. And then when I get to the receptionist she asks if I’m ready to check out. Disappointed.

Always friendly and fast.Does appear that the non-present owners are cheap as I overheard the employees talking about needing to take some fans back to target that were used during an AC outage. Integrity isn’t something every business person has and it appears that the owners are lacking. Unfortunate for the employees and probably us customers sometimes.

I’ve been looking for a barber in Huntsville for a few months without much success. This was my first time at Roosters. Overall, I had a great experience and am quite satisfied with my haircut. Amanda did a fantastic job and I plan to return next month. If my next visit with Amanda is anything like this first one, then I’ve found my barber!
