Hunstville Residential Fencing installed an excellent looking fence that is the envy of many in our neighborhood. Owner John Montero did an excellent job of removing the old fence and replacing it with something my family is very pleased to own. The entire project took less than two days start to finish.As with any large project, a few small concerns emerged. However, John's amazing team, led by Theodore who is John's go-to fix-it guy, made all things right. The final product is wonderful to look at and sure to increase the value of our property. Several of our neighbors have already requested John's contact information. John Montero truly cares about delivering the best value for the money.

John worked up 2 estimates of different types of fence to enclose the back area of our house to keep deer out. He was very polite and patient as he suggested options to me on the phone. John then sent Tim who was also very knowledgeable and helpful to look at the site. After discussing several fence options we decided on an 8ft aluminum fence. John then did a 3rd estimate and we proceeded with the job. I was given advanced notice of when they would start. Hunter and his crew came and did the job quickly and efficiently. Hunter called before they came each day and let me know when they left at the end of the day. Very courteous and respectful crew and answered all our questions even as they worked. A few days after they finished two of the gates were binding. We contacted them and between Tyler and Tim returning both gates were adjusted and are still good. We were very pleased with the fence installation but wanted to wait to review after the gates were adjusted so we could give them a 5-star review of our experience. We would use them again.

I searched for a seasoned fencing firm when I realized I needed a new fence around my yard. I found this team during my search and made the decision to get an estimate. The salesperson was extremely informed about every facet of fencing and showed up at my house on short notice. I decided to hire them for the project since he was willing to answer all of my questions and gave me a reasonable price. Lastly, they performed a fantastic job! In the yard, the new fencing looks great.

Edit 2: Theodore Williams, Bill, Kevin, and Arron came out for the warranty work. The owner kept his word in regards to the warranty. They redid all of the post in the backyard and now all that is left is to stain and nail 1 loose board. I will leave the review at 4 stars until the work is complete. But if you have any issues, just reach out to the owner.Edit: I have tried to work issues out with Keon, but they have not worked. I am beyond frustrated as I started noticing poor workmanship about a month after this review when i started going outside. There are exposed nails, fence separating from the post, improper staining (bare spots). I have reached out to the owners and they have stated they will take care of it and send someone else out. We will see… i will edit again if they do.Keon and his crew were great. Extremely hardworking people and when they spilt some excess stain on my driveway they came out and fixed it. They made the experience great. The owner and his brother also gave a good price on the fence and they have a great response time for warranty requests

John Montero was very prompt with getting our estimates and getting the project started. Hunter and his crew were able to remove the old fence and install the new fence in less than 2.5 days. Highly recommend.

Huntsville Residential Fencing knocked it out of the park! With a new pup, we wanted a solid fence that would look great as well as keep our doggo in the yard. Keon Collin’s and his team came in and got the job done without hesitation. They even took time to give our pup some love and didn’t get short with him whenever he wanted to see what they were doing or play. James made sure to keep me up-to-date with what was going on, and made sure my wife and I were completely satisfied before saying the job was done.

Update: I’ve been trying to get them out for a month now to perform warranty repairs. Every time I call they say they’re coming out but they never do.Great looking fence! Took two days to do, with the first day setting the posts. Gates seem to be installed well.Why I chose them:- Great reviews- 1 year warranty- Ability to install was way sooner than others- Prices were slightly better than othersA few cons:- I wish they would’ve done a better job at cleaning up, but they didn’t leave the job site in disarray.- Quite annoying to have my landscape edging left like they did.- I almost went with another fencing company because of the office at this company made me incredibly frustrated. I called to get someone out to give me an estimate and I was told it would take 3 weeks and if I want a estimate faster then to request one online. I did that. Got an estimate back in a week or so. Called to set up for install and was told that I would have to have someone come out for an official estimate. So why did I just waste time waiting around week for an online estimate just to wait even more??? Lady in office said she doesn’t schedule so I had to wait for someone else to call me to schedule. Did that. Got ANOTHER estimate. Called to set up install date. Lady in the office said she can’t set up install date and someone else would have to call. Im sorry, what is the purpose of you being in the office..? If it hadn’t been for the warranty I would have 100% given up and went with someone else. I recommend you make your office more useful or get rid of it.
