Brick & Tin expands to Huntsville in historic Lewter District

A popular Birmingham restaurant, Brick & Tin, known for its farm-to-table approach and dedication to locally sourced ingredients, is expanding to Huntsville, bringing its unique dining experience to the rapidly growing city. The new location will be in a 5,500-square-foot space in the heart of the historic Lewter District, an area known for its charm and modern revitalization blend. The Huntsville venue will offer seating for 70 guests inside and 46 outside, ensuring a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere for patrons.

A Locally Sourced Menu

As with its Birmingham counterpart, the menu will feature the same beloved dishes, highlighting Brick & Tin’s commitment to fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms. The restaurant has become a favorite for its flavorful, rustic cuisine, from artisanal sandwiches and salads to house-made soups and small plates.

Excitement Builds as Construction Begins in 2025

Owner Mauricio Papapietro expressed his enthusiasm about the new venture, stating that the historic Lewter District location perfectly aligns with the restaurant’s values and aesthetic. He noted the district’s significance in Huntsville’s continued growth and cultural development, making it an ideal spot to introduce Brick & Tin’s signature farm-to-table concept.

A New Culinary Destination in Huntsville

Construction on the Huntsville location is expected to kick off in early 2025, with the restaurant slated to become a standout addition to the city’s blossoming dining scene. As Huntsville continues to grow and evolve, the arrival of Brick & Tin marks another exciting chapter in the city’s culinary landscape, offering residents and visitors alike a taste of quality, locally sourced dishes in a setting that combines history with modern design.
