True40, an Alabama-based fitness brand, is opening its first North Alabama location at 2626 Carl T. Jones Drive SE, Suite C, in Huntsville later this year.
The studio combines strength training, cardio, barre, Pilates, and yoga to create a full-body workout that encourages participants to move true to their bodies.
True40 emphasizes mindfulness, inclusivity, and community, with a mission to help people reach their highest potential physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Leadership and Team
Founder and CEO Kaitlyn Bentley started with True40 in 2016 as a manager and eventually became the brand owner. Kaitlyn’s vision focuses on creating a sanctuary for fitness that nurtures mind, body, and spirit.
The corporate team includes Chief Operating Officer Sydney King, Master Trainers Kristin Taylor, Kristi Laxson, and Amy Richmond, as well as Creative Director Taylor Grater. Each brings expertise in exercise science, coaching, and community-building to enhance the True40 experience.
Studio Features and Community
True40 offers childcare during classes for children ages 0–10, with CPR-certified staff to ensure safety and attention.
The Huntsville studio joins other locations in Birmingham, Homewood, Gardendale, Trussville, Auburn, and Tuscaloosa, continuing True40’s expansion across Alabama.
