An award-winning steakhouse is expanding its Alabama footprint with a new location in Huntsville.
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille has announced plans to open at MidCity, bringing another upscale dining option to the growing entertainment district.
Perry’s Steakhouse Coming to MidCity
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille plans to open its Huntsville restaurant in summer 2027 at 1101 Mid City Drive.
The new restaurant will become the company’s second Alabama location, following the success of its Birmingham steakhouse. Company leaders said Huntsville’s continued growth and expanding dining scene made the Rocket City a natural choice for its next location.
Upscale Dining Experience Planned
The Huntsville restaurant will span approximately 11,000 square feet and seat up to 350 guests.
In addition to a spacious main dining room, the restaurant will feature four private dining rooms for business meetings, celebrations, and special events. Guests will also find Perry’s Bar 79, an extensive wine display, and an open design that offers views into parts of the kitchen.
The restaurant’s menu will include hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood, signature cocktails, and the brand’s well-known pork chop, along with a selection of premium wines.
MidCity Continues to Attract National Brands
The announcement adds another nationally recognized restaurant to Huntsville’s rapidly growing MidCity development.
As the district continues to expand, it has attracted new entertainment venues, retailers, restaurants, and residential developments. Consequently, MidCity has become one of Huntsville’s fastest-growing destinations for dining and entertainment.
The arrival of Perry’s Steakhouse reflects the continued demand for upscale dining experiences as Huntsville’s population and economy continue to grow.
