Beignets & Brew is preparing to open in Huntsville on August 21, bringing New Orleans-style beignets, specialty coffee, and breakfast favorites to Memorial Parkway.
A new sweet spot in Huntsville
According to online reports, Beignets & Brew will open at 1015 Memorial Parkway NW on Friday, August 21.
The shop will center its menu around warm, powdered-sugar-covered beignets. Guests can also try specialty versions with flavors such as Nutella, cinnamon sugar, caramel, chocolate, and cream cheese icing.
For larger gatherings, the shop offers assorted boxes with multiple beignet flavors.
Specialty drinks join the menu
Coffee will play a major role at the new Huntsville location. The menu includes hot and iced coffee, espresso drinks, cold brew, and New Orleans-inspired chicory coffee.
Specialty options include Biscoff Cookie Butter, Nutella, salted caramel mocha, and honey-cinnamon lavender lattes. Frozen versions of several drinks will also be available.
Meanwhile, guests looking for something beyond coffee can choose from matcha, chai, smoothies, lemonade, and other refreshing drinks.
Breakfast and lunch options
Beignets & Brew will also offer savory options for breakfast and lunch. The menu includes breakfast croissants, chicken tenders with beignets, and a honey butter chicken croissant.
Additionally, guests can pair their beignets with dipping sauces such as blueberry, buttercream, caramel, chocolate, honey, Nutella, or icing.
