According to online reports, Sweet Paris Crèperie & Café is opening at Bridge Street Town Centre in Huntsville this fall, bringing a French-inspired café offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and handcrafted drinks.
French-inspired dining all day
Sweet Paris is known for serving sweet and savory crêpes made with fresh ingredients, alongside waffles, soups, salads, sandwiches, breakfast favorites, desserts, espresso drinks, and cocktails.
The café is designed to be an all-day destination, whether guests are stopping in for brunch, a casual lunch, dinner, or a late-night dessert.
The new Huntsville location will be at 365 The Bridge Street NW, expanding the shopping center’s growing lineup of dining options.
A café built around the crêpe
Founded in Houston in 2012, Sweet Paris was created with the goal of introducing a more elevated crêpe experience inspired by cafés around the world. The brand focuses on combining quality ingredients, creative flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy a leisurely meal.
The café’s bright interiors and patio seating are designed to create a destination for everyday dining as well as celebrations and gatherings.
Growing across the country
Sweet Paris has expanded to more than two dozen locations across the United States and Mexico, with additional cafés continuing to open in new markets. Huntsville is among the brand’s newest planned locations as it continues its nationwide growth.
The Bridge Street restaurant is expected to open in Fall 2026, giving Huntsville residents another option for French-inspired dining, specialty coffee, handcrafted cocktails, and its signature sweet and savory crêpes.
