Huntsville professionals can attend two networking events during the first week of July. Each event offers opportunities to build connections, gain new skills, and grow local businesses.
Women’s Networking Event Set for July 1
Susan Voiers and Valley Business Network will host Freedom to Flourish: A Pink Party for Professional Women on Wednesday, July 1, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Woody Anderson Ford on Jordan Lane.
The event celebrates women in business while encouraging networking and collaboration. Guests can meet other professionals, hear business spotlights, and receive complimentary swag bags.
Organizers also encourage attendees to wear pink or bring a pink item that represents their business. The event aims to create an uplifting atmosphere filled with creativity, confidence, and meaningful conversations.
Space is limited, so organizers ask guests to register in advance. The networking session will take place in the conference room behind the main showroom.
Investor Meeting Focuses on Negotiation Skills
On Thursday, July 2, the Local Investor Club of Alabama will host the Madison County REIA meeting at 713 Arcadia Circle NW. The event begins at 5:15 p.m.
Speaker Zack Childress will present “The Art of the Deal.” He will share strategies for negotiating, communicating, and identifying investment opportunities.
The presentation will also cover deal structuring, the Bracket Method, effective communication, and creating win-win outcomes. Organizers say both new investors and experienced entrepreneurs can benefit from the session.
Build Connections and Learn New Skills
Although the events target different audiences, both encourage professional growth and community engagement.
The July 1 gathering gives women a chance to expand their business networks and celebrate entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, the July 2 meeting helps investors strengthen their negotiation skills and improve decision-making.
Organizers encourage guests to bring business cards, ask questions, and connect with fellow professionals throughout each event.
