Canadian Bakin is locally owned bakery and cafe specializing in hand-rolled bagels and artisan breads, baked fresh daily. Their baking process takes 24 hours, with all of their breads getting an overnight cold ferment. Products are only sold on the day they are cooked, so you can be sure you're getting freshly baked bread made without preservatives and with only simple ingredients.
