Death Cab for Cutie will kick off the first announced concert of the Orion Amphitheater’s 2027 season with a Huntsville show on March 27.
Death Cab for Cutie coming to Huntsville
The indie rock band will perform at the Orion Amphitheater on Saturday, March 27, bringing its catalog of music from the 2000s and beyond to the Rocket City.
The group has released 11 studio albums, including its upcoming touring material from the 2026 album “I Built A Tower.” Several of its records have also reached the top five of the Billboard 200.
Tickets go on sale this month
Fans will have several opportunities to purchase tickets before the general sale. The artist presale begins September 23 at 10 a.m., followed by the Orion’s venue presale on September 24 at 10 a.m.
General ticket sales begin September 25 at 10 a.m. through the Orion Amphitheater and its box office. Ticket prices will be announced when tickets become available to the public.
Orion prepares for another concert season
The Death Cab for Cutie show is the first concert announced for the Orion’s sixth season. The venue has continued building its annual lineup since opening in 2022, hosting artists across a range of genres.
The March 27 concert will take place at the Orion Amphitheater at 701 Amphitheater Drive NW in Huntsville.
