Sgt. 1st Class Walter Lee Brookins invented Smoken on the Go in 2000. It was started with the intention of bringing people together over delicious meals. Located in a Five Points thrift store. The eatery serves pulled pork, ribs, and seafood along with smoked mac and cheese and banana pudding.
