According to available online info, Elysium is being created by couple, whose travels through Greece inspired the restaurant’s concept. The menu is expected to feature authentic Greek cuisine alongside handcrafted cocktails in a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
The restaurant aims to provide more than just a meal by creating a destination where guests can gather, celebrate, and enjoy memorable dining experiences.
Drinks, classes, and small plates
In addition to its food and drink offerings, Elysium plans to host interactive cocktail classes where guests can learn the art of crafting specialty drinks.
Visitors can also expect elevated small plates designed for sharing, making the space ideal for date nights, celebrations, and group gatherings.
Coming to the historic Huntsville Times Building
Elysium will be located inside the historic Huntsville Times Building at 220 Holmes Ave. The exact location within the building and an official opening date have not yet been announced.
Once open, Elysium will add another unique dining concept to downtown Huntsville, blending Greek-inspired cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and immersive experiences under one roof.
