172-unit townhome community moves forward in North Huntsville

A new rent-to-own townhouse community is moving forward in north Huntsville as demand for housing continues to grow, according to online reports.

New Townhouse Community Planned for North Huntsville

Residential development firm Trilogy Investment Company has completed site preparation for REV3 at The Celeste, a 172-home build-to-rent townhouse community planned for north Huntsville.

With infrastructure and lot development complete, the project is now ready for vertical construction. Developers expect home construction to begin in early June 2026. This milestone moves the project from site preparation into the next phase of development.

The community is also part of a broader investment strategy focused on adding rental housing across fast-growing Sun Belt markets.

What Residents Can Expect From REV3 at The Celeste

REV3 at The Celeste will include 172 three-bedroom townhomes designed to combine the space of a traditional home with the flexibility of renting. Planned layouts will feature open living areas, modern finishes, and attached garages.

In addition, developers plan several shared amenities. Future residents can expect a resort-style pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and outdoor gathering areas.

Company leaders said Huntsville’s continued population and job growth helped drive the decision to expand housing options in the market. Therefore, the project aims to meet increasing demand for newer rental communities.

Location Offers Access to Jobs and Attractions

The development will sit along Plummer Road in north Huntsville. As a result, future residents will have convenient access to Alabama 255 and several major employment centers, including Cummings Research Park.

Residents will also be located near shopping and dining destinations, along with attractions such as the Huntsville Botanical Garden and the U.S. Space & Rocket Center.
