Creed will bring its reunion tour to Huntsville with a July 22 performance at The Orion Amphitheater.
Concert Details and Ticket Information
The show is part of the band’s “Summer of ’99” Tour and will feature special guests Mammoth, led by Wolfgang Van Halen, and Hinder.
Fans can access presale tickets through the band’s official website. General ticket information is also available online through Creed’s ticketing platform.
Creed’s Return to the Stage
The tour continues Creed’s return following its 2023 reunion, which ended an eleven-year hiatus. The Tallahassee-based band originally formed in 1994 and includes vocalist Scott Stapp, guitarist Mark Tremonti, drummer Scott Phillips, and bassist Brian Marshall.
Although the group first disbanded in 2004, it reunited briefly from 2009 to 2012 before stepping away again. During that time, Stapp pursued a solo career, while Tremonti, Phillips, and Marshall formed Alter Bridge with vocalist Myles Kennedy.
Legacy and Career Highlights
Creed rose to prominence in the late 1990s and early 2000s as one of the defining post-grunge acts of the era. Despite mixed critical reception, the band achieved major commercial success, selling more than 28 million records in the U.S. and 53 million worldwide.
The band’s 1999 album “Human Clay” earned diamond certification and produced the Grammy-winning hit “With Arms Wide Open.” Fans can expect to hear that song, along with classics like “Higher,” “My Sacrifice,” and “One Last Breath,” during the Huntsville show.
