Huntsville residents can expect the first openings at the $375 million Front Row development along Clinton Avenue later this year.
A Major Downtown Transformation
Located near the Von Braun Center on the former Coca-Cola plant site, Front Row is quickly becoming one of downtown Huntsville’s most visible construction projects. The first phase of the mixed-use development, valued at approximately $220 million, broke ground in 2024 and continues to take shape along Clinton Avenue.
What the Development Will Include
The more than 11-acre project will feature 545 upscale residential units, 36,000 square feet of Class A office space, and 47,000 square feet of retail space. In addition, Crunkleton Associates is serving as the leasing broker for the retail portion, which will focus on dining, entertainment, and experiential businesses designed to activate the downtown corridor.
Timeline and What Opens First
Front Row will include two six-story buildings connected by a central green space. This outdoor area will support dining, community events, and public art installations. Retail spaces are expected to open first, followed by residential and office components. If construction stays on schedule, apartments and office spaces could be ready for move-in by the end of the year.
