After finishing as runner-up for the past two years, the Huntsville Botanical Garden is aiming to claim first place in a nationwide competition.
Galaxy of Lights seeks #1
The garden’s Galaxy of Lights holiday display ranked second in USA Today’s 10Best Botanical Holiday Light Shows list in both 2023 and 2024. This year, garden leaders hope to take the top spot finally.
How to support the garden
The 10Best awards are decided by public vote. Supporters can vote once per day until Dec. 1 at 10:59 a.m. to help the Huntsville display reach #1, through this link.
“We’re excited and grateful for the incredible support from visitors, members, and volunteers that helped us reach #2 the past two years,” said HBG CEO Sue Wagner. “We hope everyone will continue to vote and help Galaxy of Lights earn the top spot this year.”
