Huntsville breaks ground on 172-unit build-to-rent community

Construction will begin soon on a 172-unit build-to-rent community on Plummer Road.

 

A Sun Belt Investment in Growing Huntsville

 

Trilogy Investment Company and Pinnacle Partners are developing REV3 at The Celeste. They have completed lots and horizontal construction for the first phase. The project belongs to Trilogy’s Sun Belt-focused BTR Opportunity Zone fund. Huntsville’s strong job growth, rising housing demand, and appeal to new residents make it an ideal location. Consequently, the community aligns perfectly with the firm’s investment strategy.
